Refund policy

30-Day Returns: You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email support@lacyjb9ssolutions.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We reply within 1-2 business days with return instructions and the return address. Please do not ship items back before receiving our instructions.

Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Assembled or used storage items cannot be returned.

Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, except for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item, the packaging, and the shipping label. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges — please return the original item and place a new order.
